The characters were also dynamic and a lot of fun! Overall, I definitely enjoyed The Royal Treatment, and I look forward to picking up the sequel! I enjoyed the plot a lot, especially because it was different from past romance books that I’ve read and kept me guessing about what might happen. I read The Royal Treatment in my apartment due to the current state of the world, but had this been a summer pre-2020, I would have definitely taken this book with me to read on the beach or at a friend’s cottage!

Now, having read The Royal Treatment, I can say that this book didn’t make me laugh a little…It made me laugh a lot! It was thoroughly enjoyable and exactly what I needed to get through some of these hot summer days. The other reason was that I was completely intrigued by the synopsis for The Royal Treatment! I generally enjoy books having to do with royal families (contemporary or historical), I loved that the female lead is a blogger like me, also one of the blurbs on the cover promised that this book would make me laugh at least a little. And this is part of the reason why I agreed to read and review The Royal Treatment even though I was drowning in other review books, haha.
